No, yesmechanic do not do vouchers. But you may get a voucher from an automotive business and you redeem the voucher with them on their terms.

You want to unsubscribe to the yesmechanic review platform? This can be carried out within your admin section (user account). All you need to do is click on the unsubscribe button and it’s done. We do not delete automotive businesses profiles.

You want to re-subscribe to the yesmechanic review platform? All you need to do is go to your admin section within yesmechanic and click on the re-subscribe button. Within seconds you are re-instated and you can carry on as normal.

If you have written a review about an automotive business you would have needed to register, so yes you will have an account. If you have not written a review you need to register here.

Yes you can edit your account in the yesmechanic admin section, under profile. Passwords can be deleted and changed to new. This also goes for images and pictures too. You cannot change your email address or review once it has been submitted.

All you need to do is go to login section on yesmechanic and click on forgot password, enter your email and follow the instructions. We will send you an email to re-set your password.


It’s free to write a review. You only write a review about an automotive business if you and only you have used the automotive business. Only then can you post your experience about the said automotive business onto yesmechanic.

We recommend that all reviews are for work/experiences within the last 12 month.

If you own or owned the automotive business you are not allowed to write a review about the business.

We recommend you write the facts about your personal experience and any interaction you have had with the automotive business.

To keep transparency throughout you may be required to verify with documentation that you have used the automotive business you are reviewing.

We do reserve the right to remove a review if they do not meet our guidelines.

The time frame is a 12 month period, you do not provide proof when asked, bad language, inflammatory and defamatory statements. Or you violate someone’s or companies’ rights, your review will be removed.
